We will send you the hardware you will need as well as a full size, 1:1 template on where to place the supplied hanging hardware.

We can take jpegs, heic, png files from your phone or desktop. Please send the largest file that is available.

No. This product is designed to be easy and take the decisions out of it for you. We have done the work, all you need to do is hang it.

If you want to add a frame here or there or start from the beginning we will work with you to create what you want.  It will then become a custom order and will be priced accordingly.

We will ship your wall in 5-7 business days. You will receive a digital proof via email prior to production. This will show you the crops for your images that pertain to your layout. If there is an issue/concern - you have 36 hours to respond. After that - production begins.

Right to your door. Your wall comes wrapped and packaged via Purolator or Canada Post.

Our frames are wood and have a matte satin finish, and built by hand by us.  We finish our frames with acrylic in lieu of glass for easier delivery.

Anything can (and will) happen in shipping. If a product arrives damaged send us pics right away - we will replace it.  If your frame falls off the wall next year, that repair is up to you.
